With over a decade in customer service , I am dedicated to guiuding custormers smoothly from the application stage all the way to closing-and ultimately, handing over the keys to their new home. As our in-house processor, I serve as a central point of coordination, woring closely with both customers and lendersto ensure every detail stays on track throughout the homebuying journey.
I enjoy educating homeowners about their new home, answering questions, and helping them feel confident and informed at every step. When needed, I als assist with construction coordination to helo keep the process moving efficiently and seamlessly.
