All new Clayton homes include construction that meets strict wind and insulation requirements based on your location and home type. Standard features also include flooring, cabinets and shelving, light and plumbing fixtures, washer and dryer hookups, a whole-home water shut-off valve, and a durable 3/12 roof pitch.
You’ll also find trusted, name-brand materials throughout many of our homes, which may include ecobee® smart thermostats, Frigidaire® or Samsung® appliances, Shaw® carpeting, Kwikset® door hardware, SmartComfort® by Carrier HVAC systems, Rheem® hybrid water heaters, DuraCraft® cabinets, Lux windows®, and Pfister® faucets. Available features can vary by model, design, and building facility, so always confirm details with your home consultant.
Some models may also include additional features such as fireplaces, drywall interiors, microwaves, dishwashers, ceiling fans, porch options, or garage options.
